Я хочу конвертировать html в PDF, чтобы преобразовать его, я обнаружил, что прямое преобразование невозможно, поэтому я выбираю метод html-> PS-> PDF я успешно конвертировал PS в PDF, но не могу конвертировать html в PS с помощью ghost script теперь кто-нибудь может сказать мне, возможно ли это на самом деле или нети если да, то как?

Ghostscript не интерпретирует HTML, поэтому нет, вы не можете взять HTML и создать PostScript (или PDF) файл, используя Ghostscript напрямую. Поскольку вы не можете конвертировать HTML в PDF с помощью Ghostscript, почему вы думаете, что с его помощью можно конвертировать HTML в PostScript?

Вы можете (в общем случае) печатать из окна браузера на виртуальном принтере PostScript, чтобы создать PostScript.

Если это неприемлемо, вам нужно будет использовать какие-то другие средства для создания PostScript из HTML, и в этом случае вы можете просто перейти прямо к PDF. wkhtmltopdf с открытым исходным кодом, вы можете попробовать это.

Здравствуйте! Всегда выводила PDF прямым экспортом. В этот раз прислали указание, что нужно выводить через постскрипт. Подскажите пожалуйста, как это сделать грамотно.

Взять у типографии их ppd и гнать ps. CTRL+P — Printer: PostScript File, PPD: «от типографии», сжатие прозрачности на максимум.
(А лучше их инструкцию по выводу ps-файлов, во избежание «заворотов» файлов обратно).

P.S. Типографию, которая не принимает PDF надо менять на другую.

Собственно, указание пришло из издательства. С типографией они имеют дело. Они прислали мне параметры вывода. Только я не знаю как выложить этот файл.

Потому что могут придраться, что не по их требованиям. А гнать «заводской» ps какой смысл тогда требовать ps?

Свежайший пример из практики.
Имеем — EFI-RIP на цифровой машине Коника-Минолта бизхабПро ц6500. Памяти в районе 256 мегабайт, на диске РИПа — 30 гиг свободного пространства из 52. Color WrkStation 4.x/5.x на компах у операторов.

Заказчиком был сделан спуск в Индезайне CS5 и сделан экспорт в ПДФ. Версия 1.3. Экспортирована из Индезайна CS5, с шрифтами вроде всё нормально, по-индезайновски нормально. Формат SRA3, печать дуплексом. Разрешение картинок 600 ppi по причине того, что некоторые сюжеты сфотографированы или имеют вид отрастрированной карты. К тому же генеральным заказчиком были арабы, которые собенно чувствительно относятся к цветовым отклонениям при воспроизведении картин — это был рекламный буклет.

Начинает считать РИП — и умирает. Нет, пару раз он нарисовал работу (оказалось, неправильно задали установки печати, пришлось перезапускать с новыми), но потом свободное пространство сжалось до 17 гиг и РИП вообще перестал растрировать этот файл. Тупо висел, пришлось раз 5 перегружать грубо, питанием. Пробовали ПДФ «причесать» и через оптимизацию, и через печать через сетевой ПС-принтер, и передистилливание с сохранением разрешений не ниже 600. Всё напрасно, я даже на ночь оставил считаться файл — на утро просчиталось всего около 30% (это примерно 3,5 печатных листа 4+4). Утром заказчик пришёл, будучи предупреждённый СМС-кой и изрёк — так нужно было прогнать ПДФ через нормалайзер. ЁКЛМН. Ему сказали — нам этот нормалайзер ещё поставить нужно, он у нас лет 7 как снесён и не используется по причине несовместимости с Корелом. Сделай-ка, заказчик, ПДФ через печать в postscript. Заказчик не дурак, к тому же он в прошлом организовывал нашу фирму . Сделал файл из Индезайна через печать — и всё просто полетело со свистом.

Примечательно, что после экспорта из Индезайна ПДФ не «причёсывался» никакими последующими манипуляциями, даже через PS. Растрировать спуски заказчик запретил, даже в 600 ppi, А вот изначально напечатанный из Индезайна макет стал пригодным для быстрого употребления, сообразно задачам цифровой печати.

И РИП-то не древний, и оперативная память на 100% процентов не была использована. И с ПДФ заказчика ничего вообще не делалось под конец — он был практически готовым.

Вот такая быль по поводу полезности экспорта в ПДФ.
