Description:
Starting with Java/JRE 7u40, Java requires the application (the jar file executed via jnlp) to be signed by a certificate with a minimum public key size of 1024 bits.
At this time the Live Health jnlps are signed with a certificate of less than 1024 bits (we use 512 bits), causing a security validation failure.

Changing the value 1024 to 256 solves the issue in eHealth Live clients (as they are currently signed by a certificate with a 512-bit key). This change in java.security has to be done by a user with the administrator role, and java must be restarted in order for changes to take effect.

C:\Program Files\Java\версия\lib\security для 64x версий, для x86 путь такой C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib\security

Щелкаем по java.security правым кликом и выбираем открыть с помощью текстового редактора или блокнота, находим там вот такую строку

И редактируем ее вот к такому виду

После этого вы больше не увидите подобных ошибок в вашей операционной системе.

Java Error: Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed

last week a customer had the problem that he wants to connect to the administration interface of a Brocade FC Switch but the Java Applet did not start. This error message was shown: “Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed”

A detailed look into the certificate shows that a signature algorithm MD2withRSA was used to create it.

MD2 is disabled in java by default also a RSA key with less then 1024bits. Because these are no longer considered as secure and therefore java reject such certificates.

You can disable this check, because you have start the applet to access your FC Switch. Locate the file java.security in the lib/security folder of your java installation and comment the following:

# jdk.certpath.disabledAlgorithms=MD2, RSA keySize < 1024

The applet should start now but for security reasons it is recommended to reverse this change if it is no longer needed.

Для решения этой проблемы посмотрите: правильно ли установлены дата и время на вашем компьютере.Если нет — нужно переустановить дату и время на компьютере.

Если ваше системное время правильное, а проблема тем не менее остаётся, то необходимо внести изменения в файл java.security. Файл находится в JDK_HOME/jre/lib/security/java.security, обычно это пути «C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\lib\security» для 64-битных версий JAVA или «C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib\security» для 32-битных версий. Файл необходимо открыть с помощью блокнота от имени администратора и исправить в нём строку:

jdk.certpath.disabledAlgorithms=MD2, RSA keySize < 1024

На jdk.certpath.disabledAlgorithms=MD2, RSA keySize < 256

Или просто закомментировать данную строку:

Таким образом понижается уровень безопасности и появляется возможность работы с Java.

После проделанных шагов нужно сохранить все изменения, перезагрузить страницу и заново загрузить файлы.
